Age Range:
Wild Wonders is thoughtfully designed for children ages 18 months to 5 years, accompanied by a caregiver.
Sibling Attendance
Siblings 17 months and younger may attend at no additional cost.
Siblings 18 months and older must be enrolled in the program.
For occasional single-class attendance (e.g., due to a school closure), older siblings may join with at least 48 hours' notice. After two such visits, a $25 per-class fee will apply.
Refund Policy
Full refunds or credit toward future classes are available if requested at least 24 hours before the season begins.
Once the season has started, a 50% refund is available for any remaining sessions.
Illness Policy:
To protect the health of all families: Please stay home if the caregiver or child has a fever, cough, sneezing not caused by allergies, or an upset stomach.
Make-Up Policy
Make-ups are not available for no-call/no-show absences.
If you notify us at least 2 hours before class starts, you will receive a make-up credit.
No special make-up classes will be offered.
Make-up credits must be used by rescheduling into a different pre-planned class within the same season, and are subject to space availability.
Unused make-up credits do not carry over to future seasons
Missed Sessions
Credits or refunds are not offered for missed classes. Please see our make-up policy above.
If a class is canceled by the teacher and cannot be rescheduled, you will receive a refund for that class.
Weather & Safety Closures
The teacher will follow local weather guidance to determine if conditions are safe.
Families will be notified at least 90 minutes before class via email and/or text.
We will do our best to reschedule any canceled sessions.
Creating a Safe Learning Environment
A caregiver must remain with each child throughout the class.
Caregivers are responsible for their interactions with others. The teacher is there to support you and to create a space for safe exploration and growth.
You and your child are encouraged to participate only in activities you feel comfortable with.
A First Aid Kit will be available during class for caregiver use if needed.
Children are welcome to explore independently as long as they can see or hear their caregiver or the teacher.
Risky play is supported as part of healthy development. Teachers will step in with redirection if a child’s safety or the safety of others is at risk. We encourage children to build their ability to assess their own safety and limits.
Acknowledgment
